A prominent Santa Fe Title Insurance Company is looking to fill a full-time position for an Escrow Assistant, someone that can offer professionalism, good organizational and communication skills, excellent customer service ability and a strong work ethic.
Multitasking is a must as a sense of urgency is high on the daily radar. Proficient computer
skills and ability to adapt to new software is required. Candidate must also possess the ability
to learn from their mistakes and move on quickly to the next detail or file.
Duties will include:
Order entry, posting and follow through with strict deadlines of the agreements
Coordination and communication with agents, lenders, and clients daily to receive
& deliver important documentation for closing/ compile information into files
Document and convey accurate information to the Escrow Officer
Resolve client requests
