We are a local landscaping company in need of a highly organized and proactive individual with a knack for setting up spaces, creating structure, and managing logistics to help us transition into our new office and keep things running smoothly!
Key Responsibilities:
Set up office equipment (monitors, furniture, trash cans) and ensure everything is in place.
Assist with moving items from the previous office and manage office aesthetics.
Organize storage, supplies, and essential office materials.
Coordinate with handymen to install plywood panels and other office fixtures.
Organize books, files, and client contact information for easy accessibility.
Manage office supplies and pick up deliveries (e.g., coffee, lightbulbs).
Assist with purchasing new equipment (PCs, standing desks) and handle minor tasks like carpet cleaning and light bulb replacements.
Create printed lists, guidelines, and handbooks for team members.
On-going monthly check-up to maintain organization and address any issues.
Details:
Initial duration: 5 days, 40 hours with the potential for ongoing monthly check-ins.
Compensation: $40/hour
Location: On-site in our new office
