Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Administrative Assistant in Buffalo, New York. This role is central to our operations, involving the management of various office tasks, supervision of administrative staff, and acting as a key point of contact for external communications. Responsibilities: Oversee administrative staff to ensure they fulfill their duties effectively. Handle office tasks such as drafting letters, mailing them out, and making copies. Manage tasks and responsibilities efficiently to keep office operations running smoothly. Act as backfill for receptionist as needed, including answering inbound calls and scheduling appointments. Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records and process data entry tasks. Engage in email correspondence and manage both inbound and outbound calls. Demonstrate good project management skills by coordinating various office tasks. Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various office duties. Possess a valid driver's license for tasks such as going to the post office. Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships within the office and beyond. Requirements Demonstrated ability to proficiently manage answering inbound calls. Excellent customer service skills and experience. Proven capability in data entry tasks with high accuracy. Experience in managing detail oriented email correspondence. Capable of managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling. Proficiency in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Demonstrated experience in drafting documents using Microsoft Word. Experience in scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently.
