One Family.Purpose StatementThe Executive Administrative Assistant provides executive level support and project coordination for a department or group, to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Reports to department leader of Global Markets Marketing and Category Business Unit.This professional must reside in the Buffalo, NY area and work a hybrid work schedule which includes Monday and Friday at their home office and Tuesday-Thursday at Global Headquarters with flexibility as neededKey Accountabilities and OutcomesAdministrative SupportProvide administrative support to include creating presentations, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, manage calendars, taking meeting notes.Responsible for the coordination of all departmental events, such as town hall meetings, conferences, meetings, including inviting attendees, reserving conference rooms, arranging for catering and visual aid equipment, etc.Coordinate all aspects of meetings and travelMaintain up-to-date calendars for leader and other members of management.Complete team monthly expense reports in a timely mannerPerforms other day-to-day functions such as maintaining adequate office supplies managing conference rooms, coordinating with facilities and IT support (helpdesk).Communicate with upper management from Rich\'sProject SupportPlanning and various special projects, researching and compiling information, preparing presentations, developing reports, etc.Coordinate administrative support for large departmental projects.Manage special projects as assigned providing coordination as neededKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceThis professional must possess a minimum of 7+ years administrative experience with a high school diploma or 5+ years with Associates or Bachelors degree.
