job detailsAre you looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking second and third shift maintenance mechanics in the Buffalo, NY area. Ideal candidates would have 2+ years of experience in a similar position, pay rate varies on experience. Apply if applicable.salary: $54,080 - $66,560 per yearshift: Secondwork hours: 3 PM - 11 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities-Maintains machines with respect to bearings, assembly, disassembly, power transmission, rigging, and lubrication.-Common shop tools.-Completes electrical repair involving motors (AC,DC, Multi –Phase), controls and other electrical equipment.-Pipefitting, including installation, repair, replacement, pumps and compressors, valves, controls and air compressors.-Performs all levels of preventative maintenance on all processing equipment; identifying and, in most cases, repairing any problems identified during this process.-Operates most shop equipment and machinery with acceptable precision and accuracy.-Trains and assists class 4 mechanics .-Completes reasonable job layouts and ordering of materials necessary to complete the job.The essential functions of this role include:
