Platform Specialist

Description Robert Half's client is seeking a Platform Specialist to join their team, providing essential support by handling complex transactions and inquiries outside of our automated systems. As a Platform Specialist, you will manage data entry and transactional processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all tasks. This role is critical in optimizing business processes, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for increased automation. Candidates with experience in sales may explore future opportunities in their sales team once this project is completed. This position will evolve as automation tools are implemented, allowing the Platform Specialist to develop new skills and transition into other areas of the business.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain data integrity while processing business transactions.

Provide data entry support for manual transactions not automated by existing tools.

Address platform inquiries efficiently, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Review and verify the accuracy of transaction requests.

Optimize business processes and identify opportunities for automation improvements.

Generate and analyze data quality reports and provide insights for process enhancements.

Collaborate with internal teams and offer general support as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field; OR High School Diploma and 5 years of experience in a functional role, preferably at a senior level.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

Experience with Power BI and Zen Desk is a strong plus.

Ability to handle a workload of 20-30 tickets per day with high accuracy.

Background in Admin Assistance, Data Entry, Banking, Call Center, or Claims Processing is highly preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset with a focus on results.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of Power BI and Zen Desk.

Experience in operations, customer service, or data entry roles.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a resolution-driven approach.

Ability to interact effectively with internal management teams.
