Senior Administrative Assistant (Hybrid - Buffalo, NY)

Overview:Provides high level, more complex secretarial/administrative support to senior management employees or groups in the BankPrimary Responsibilities:

Prepare and arrange all Loan Committees for the Commercial Bank to include agendas, meeting packages and meeting minutes.

Oversee the scheduling of all Committee Agendas for the Commercial Bank with attendance required at all meetings. All standing meetings are scheduled between the hours of 8:30 am – 5 pm with the exception of a Senior Loan Committee held at 8 am every Friday.

Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or Regulatory standards and policies.

Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.

Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:Associate's degree or equivalent in experience4 years progressive secretarial/administrative support experience with demonstrated development of skills on-the-jobMicrosoft ProficientIdeal Qualifications:

Experience supporting senior level leadership in a large corporate environment

Knowledge of video conferencing software

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt and handle competing priorities

Ability to communicate clearly, concise, and with tact with all levels of management

Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues with applications and systems
