Customer Service Representative

Description OverviewWe are seeking adaptable and dedicated Contract Customer Service professionals to provide exceptional support and enhance customer experiences. Customer Support and Relations

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in person, providing timely and accurate assistance

Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution.

Order and Account Management

Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

Assist customers with managing their accounts, updating information, and understanding company policies and procedures.

Problem-Solving

Identify customer issues and implement effective solutions while adhering to company guidelines.

Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams or supervisors when necessary

Collaboration and Team Support

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Contribute to team goals and metrics by meeting performance and satisfaction benchmarks.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in internal systems.

Provide feedback to supervisors and management to improve customer processes and experiences.

Product and Service Expertise

Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's offerings and confidently explain features, benefits, and solutions to customers.

Stay updated on changes to products, policies, or procedures to ensure accurate communication.

Requirements

Competencies & SkillsTo succeed in a Customer Service role, candidates should bring the following:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and provide solutions.

Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.

High levels of patience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence when working with diverse customer situations.

Multitasking and organizational skills to manage a high volume of customer interactions efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or help desk support roles.

Familiarity with tools such as live chat platforms, ticketing systems, and call center telephony tools.

Industry-specific knowledge in sectors such as retail, technology, healthcare, or finance.

Relevant certifications, such as Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP), are a plus
