About the Role:

An established national staffing organization is seeking a Sales Executive with 7+ years of experience selling staffing or talent solutions.

If you’re a true hunter who thrives on creating new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving client growt, this is your chance to join a forward-thinking remote sales team.

You’ll focus on expanding our reach through direct hire, contingent staffing, and managed service offerings for enterprise and mid-market clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients.

Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.

Build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers.

Meet and exceed assigned sales goals.

Represent the company at key virtual or in-person industry events.

Qualifications:

7+ years of proven experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance, Engineering, etc.).

Demonstrated success in new client acquisition within staffing or managed services.

3–5 years selling RPO, MSP, or VMS solutions (preferred).

Well-connected within the talent ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, or CW leaders).

Established relationships with decision-makers in Tech, Finance, and Engineering.

Entrepreneurial and self-motivated.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Must be based in the U.S. and open to limited travel (2–3 times per year).

Proficient with Zoom, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
