Join us at razorfish.com .Job DescriptionAs an Associate, Operations, you will be part of a growing Global Business Operations team. It’s an opportunity to work on a high-energy, highly visible client account, reporting to the SVP of Global Business Operations. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and has an ability to learn and adapt in a fast-moving agency environment.What You’ll Do:

Assists SVP of Global Business Operations with delivery of agency processes, compliance training, and systems management, as assigned.

Manages access control and compliance for onboarding and offboarding of agency teams on client systems.

Provides troubleshooting support for all systems and platforms.

Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders across agency teams and with clients.

Pulls reports for systems compliance and for other operational analyses.

Qualifications

1+ year experience in Operations or Project Management in a fast-paced work environment; digital or advertising agency experience preferred.

Flexible, highly responsive, and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment.

Able to multitask, take on a variety of projects, and meet deadlines.

Excellent organizational skills and attention-to-detail are a must.

Able to work successfully with teams.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
