Description We are in search of a diligent Bookkeeper to become a part of our team based in New York, New York. As a Bookkeeper, your principal duties will involve managing financial records, processing payroll, handling customer credit applications, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also play a vital role in tracking project-related expenses and managing vendor payments and invoicing.Responsibilities: Handle customer credit applications with precision and efficiency Uphold accurate financial records, which include journal entries, expense tracking, and vendor payments Oversee and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Conduct bank and credit card account reconciliations Track project-based expenses and manage vendor payments and invoicing Process payroll and maintain comprehensive employee records Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Utilize Quickbooks for various bookkeeping tasks Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring project-specific financial performance.
