Lead the strategy and implementation of the firm’s business transformation and change communications roadmap internally to KPMG’s people and externally to its stakeholders

Serve as a strategic advisor and bold thinker on best practices and innovative ways to maximize messaging opportunities that result in successful transformation; Utilize a variety of platforms and channels including social media to target key audiences, communicate the Firm’s narrative, and build stakeholder engagement around the Firm’s transformation

Build a change communications roadmap that outlines priorities, defines rules of engagement, and establishes appropriate metrics and KPIs to service its internal clients

Create change communications plans to drive message consistency and alignment, ensure messages resonate and impactful, and establish discipline around measurement and reporting outcomes to leadership

Strengthen employee engagement and enhance employee understanding of the Firm’s change agenda by recommending opportunities for employee engagement, and identify ways to celebrate milestones throughout the change journey

Maintain an enterprise-wide lens, promote the importance of timing and sequencing of messaging and provide communications support that enables the Firm’s leaders to be timely and transparent; seek to amplify messaging that supports the Firm’s communications pillars: Growth, Culture and Innovation

Qualifications:

Minimum of ten years of experience leading internal and change communications, particularly during enterprise-wide transformation efforts

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications or related field from an accredited college or university

Demonstrated change agent and influencer who has led communications strategy and implementation efforts that impacted people, processes, and capabilities on an individual and organizational level

Experience leading companies and employees through periods of ambiguity and times of organizational change, with a track record delivering results

Be a relationship builder who collaborates effectively with all levels of the organization and anticipates communications issues while offering suggestions for resolution

Proven ability to create communications plans that translate to actionable outcomes, create metrics and analytics to quantify the impact of the initiatives
