Must have 4 years of experience with at least 3 of the following technical competencies / functional areas:
Communicating with executive level professionals, focused on synthesizing and re-framing content.
Experience with IT management processes, industry risk, IT program management, systems development lifecycles, or IT function and IT value delivery
Cost optimization and portfolio rationalization.
IT domains including application development and lifecycle management, testing, IT operations and production support, IT infrastructure, IT planning, IT process improvement strategy, and IT governance, risk, or controls.
Stand-alone and Carve-Out analysis for divestitures, IT synergy analysis for mergers and acquisitions, Buy-side and sell-side IT pre-deal due-diligence, post deal or Value Creation engagements.
Experience delivering: IT global delivery model, IT workforce optimization, IT service management, IT operating model (such as business alignment, delivery capabilities, shared services, or centers of excellence), IT sourcing, IT vendor management, or IT service management (such as assess, design, or build).
Industry experience in at least one of the following: banking and capital markets, Insurance such as Life and Health, Property and Casualty or similar, or wealth and asset management.
