CR Strategy serves as a key advisor and internal consulting function for Corporate Responsibility on a range of projects that address the top priorities of senior management and advance the mission of the department. Projects may include those related to strategic planning, organizational design, strategic business deep dives, and cross-line of business initiatives within CR and across the firm.The Corporate Responsibility (CR) department mission is to advance a stronger, more durable and safe financial system and an inclusive economy and society for clients, customers and communities around the world. The department includes sub-departments focused on policy advocacy and lobbying, philanthropy, sustainability, impact finance, community engagement and data analysis and research.As a Corporate Responsibility Strategy Manager, you will help lead project teams in solving complex problems and implementation issues critical to the company.Job Responsibilities:

Define and deconstruct problems in order to drive solutions

Prioritize issues, analysis and team capacity

Structure and build quantitative and qualitative / conceptual analyses

Apply strong judgment to surface implications and practical, high-impact solutions

Leverage public and non-public services to perform competitor / industry research

Simultaneously work on multiple projects within the department as well as those that extend to Lines of Business, Corporate functions and strategy organizations across the firm

Identify and communicate the strategic implications and key takeaways of data and analysis

Infrequent domestic and international travel as needed for project-based work

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

At least 6 years of diverse problem-solving experience with a management consulting firm or on an in-house strategy team; 1+ years leading projects

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way

Ability to communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written)

Excellent and efficient PowerPoint and Excel skills

Outstanding judgment, organizational skills, and independent decision-making ability

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience applying data analysis to solve business problems in fast-moving environment

Experience with cross-functional collaboration, including influencing stakeholders and working with diverse teams

Experience working in or exposure to philanthropy, government, non-profit or policy organizations is a plus
