Description We are looking for a Database Administrator based in New York, New York, 10004-1105, United States. The role involves the management of cloud-based systems and relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server. The successful candidate will work cooperatively with colleagues and maintain composure while handling customer interactions. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain cloud-based Human Capital Management systems Administer Relational Databases such as Microsoft SQL Server Use Source Control Management tools like Git for version control Utilize issue tracking systems like Bugzilla, Jira for error tracking and management Operate Microsoft Windows server and desktop along with Microsoft Office 365 Work both independently and as part of a team Clearly and concisely present information, both orally and in writing Show willingness to learn new technologies and tools Use Microsoft Excel, Access for data management and analysis Show attention to detail in all work tasks Show self-motivation and proactivity in handling tasks Have experience in at least one of these modules: HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruiting Manage HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI Reporting, BI Publisher, and Workflows. Requirements Proficiency in managing databases and related systems. Familiarity with EO/IR systems. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. Experience with R2 and backup technologies. Proficiency in configuration management and database administration. Ability to design and implement strategies. Experience with HCM SaaS Oracle Fusion and Oracle CRM. Strong ability to design, implement, and manage database systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.   • As the Service Contracts Administrator at JLL, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing mission critical equipment service contracts to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in maintaining contract compliance and supporting the success of our clients and team.What your day-to-day will look like:Contract administration: Oversee the entire lifecycle of service contracts for mission critical equipment from estimating, contract initiation and logging, maintenance tracking, reporting and renewal.Collaborate and communicate: Engage with internal stakeholders, including other members of the service team, finance, and management, to understand contract requirements and ensure contract requirements are fulfilled, compliance with company policies and procedures, and timely invoicing.Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to establish and maintain effective relationships.
