Reporting to the Managing Director, Business Development, we are looking for someone to join the team to support our business development activities in North America.As MUFG Investor Services continues to enhance its product suite, the role will have a focus on growing our Global Payments and FX Overlay lines of business.Key Responsibilities include the following:Primary role to develop banking, global payments and FX Overlay businesses, with institutional and corporate clients.Assist in developing business with asset managers and asset owners across all aspects of asset servicing including fund administration, loan administration, custody and outsourcing.Working independently & owning the sales cycle from lead generation to closure of deals.Create a prospect list and develop strategies to effectively engage those prospects.Efficient use of Salesforce - log prospective clients, key influencers and logging of meeting notes.Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and new products.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in Industry & Professional bodies.Gather market insights and work closely with Product Development to ensure our offering is market leading.Communicate and collaborate with Line of Business Heads, Marketing and Operations team members.Contribute to the team effort and work on special projects.
