Make a bigger differencePOSITION OVERVIEW: The Director of a Preventive Services Program provides leadership to the staff of the Program is instrumental in designing the overall mission of the program and is responsible for taking all steps necessary to ensure that its goals are implemented in line with Agency expectations and practices.KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (List the functions that are essential to achieve the goals):Has overall clinical and administrative responsibility for the program's staff; including staff supervision, training and developmentProvides direct clinical supervision to social work staff, including clinical supervisory staffSupervises intake, case and group assignments and case closings.Coordinates Psychiatric assignments and workload. Identifies, establishes and maintains relationships with community representatives and groups in order to establish enhanced linkages for the client population.
