Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in New York. This role operates within the finance industry, with a focus on accounting and finance operations. The successful candidate will primarily work on tasks such as invoice processing, credit memo management, cash applications, chargebacks, payments, data reconciliations, system transitions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Responsibilities: Assist in the accurate and timely processing of invoices and credit memos Handle cash applications and manage chargebacks efficiently Carry out payments and data reconciliations, ensuring accuracy at all times Oversee system transitions and ensure smooth process flow Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Use Accounting Software Systems and CRM proficiently Apply Data Mining Techniques to analyze financial data Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and other related tasks Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Maintain accurate customer credit records.
