Description Robert Half Financial Services are recruiting for a Wealth Planning Analyst role within a Wealth Manager based in midtown Manhattan, New York. Our client requires at least 2+ years’ of Financial Planning or Estate Planning experience at a wealth manager, RIA or private bank. CFP qualification is advantageous and must be acquired within one year of joining. Knowledge of eMoney or MoneyGuide financial planning systems is desirable. This role requires 2 days per week in the midtown Manhattan office.The Wealth Planning Analyst will work closely with the Senior Advisors, providing comprehensive and holistic financial planning services to the clients. This role is internally focused to support the practice and does not involve production or sales.Responsibilities: Collaborate with Senior Financial Advisors to develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Gather client data, input information into financial planning software and CRM system, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to the team. Create and evaluate various financial planning scenarios and strategies for the advisors’ review. Support the implementation of approved recommendations and track follow-ups from clients’ discussions. Conduct research and analysis to address ad-hoc client planning requests and questions. Stay current with enhancements and updates to financial planning software and evaluate new planning tools. Assist in creating and implementing financial planning marketing content. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline the financial planning process. Develop and enhance client-facing deliverables in Excel, PowerPoint, and other platforms. Track and monitor financial planning engagements across the firm’s book of business. Provide back-up support to the Manager of Client Services, including account opening, money movement and client inquiriesRequirements Requirements: 2+ years’ of Financial Planning or Estate Planning experience at a wealth manager, RIA or private bank CFP qualification is advantageous and must be acquired within one year of joining Knowledge of eMoney or MoneyGuide financial planning systems is highly desirable Excellent communication (written and verbal) and inter-personal skills Bachelor’s DegreeThis Wealth Planning Analyst role is located in midtown Manhattan New York so please only apply if you are able to travel to this location, have relevant experience for the role and are eligible to work in the United States.
