In this role, you will play a key role in inspiring change and continual improvement. If you are committed to excellence and ready to contribute to a dynamic culture, we would love to meet you.Individuals will be assigned to the SPACE+ Design group. SPACE+ is Brookfield Properties’ flexible workspace business. Our intern program lasts 10-weeks and includes many exciting training and development opportunities, including being paired with a mentor, weekly lunches with senior leaders, asset tours, and networking events.Role & Responsibilities:

Industry research as it pertains to workplace design, FF&E, finishes, etc.

Cataloguing our materials library for both architectural and furniture finishes

Written materials and analysis for design standards

Graphic presentations

Tour assets alongside senior colleagues

Your Qualifications:

Rising senior working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Demonstrated interest in architecture, interiors, FF&E, and real estate

Proficient in graphic design programs, photography, and editing (Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Creative Suite: Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Microsoft: Word and Excel)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development

Ability to handle large volume of work; good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

Candidate should be enthusiastic and motivated to succeed in a team environment
