Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Network Engineer in the financial services industry, based in New York, New York. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our enterprise infrastructure. Your role will include overseeing network routing, switching, and security, as well as managing storage area networks and firewall systems. Responsibilities: Supervise and maintain Cisco network routing, switching, and security systems Oversee the management of EMC and Sun STK storage area networks (SAN) Implement and monitor Check Point firewall and Fortinet FortiGate systems Administer Citrix infrastructure, including NetScaler/ADC, Storefront, and DDC Maintain and manage VMWare Infrastructure and Bitdefender GravityZone Oversee Microsoft infrastructure, including DNS, WINS, Active Directory, WSUS, SCCM, and group policy implementation Manage Linux server/CentOS/RHEL systems and Nagios monitoring Ensure Carbon black endpoint security and Splunk configuration are properly implemented Supervise the management of Aruba wireless infrastructure and Data Center architecture Oversee SSL Certificate management and system disaster recovery efforts.
