Do you have integrated media planning experience from an in-house agency team and/or media strategy experience from an agency?Our financial services client is seeking a Paid Media Lead for a 3-month assignment (expected to be extended). This is a 40 hr/week, hybrid role (3 days a week onsite, 2 days work from). Candidates can sit in Chicago or NYC. Position OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Media Lead to oversee and optimize our paid media campaigns within the financial services sector. This role will focus on channel planning and execution in a regulated industry, ensuring that all media efforts align with business objectives and regulatory guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that align with business goals.Manage and optimize media campaigns across various channels to drive performance and achieve KPIs.Conduct thorough channel planning to identify the best platforms for reaching target audiences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate media strategies with broader marketing initiatives.Monitor budget allocations and ensure effective spending across all media campaigns.Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions for optimization.Build and maintain strong partnerships with media vendors and agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness.Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact paid media efforts.QualificationsProven experience in paid media management, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry.Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and optimization techniques.Experience in developing and managing media budgets and financial forecasting.Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.Ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.Familiarity with integrated media management and media strategy development.Experience with co-branded cards and consumer card marketing is a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
