Do you enjoy building relationships, working with data, managing projects, solving problems and driving results in a fast-paced environment where collaboration & strategic thinking are the norm?As a Business Manager - Vice President within the JP Morgan Wealth Management Product, Experience & Technology Portfolio team, you will gain an understanding of Wealth Management's strategic priorities, lead community engagement and communications to the entire organization, including the JP Morgan Wealth Management Chief Executive Officer, inform technology investments plans that may influence non-technology spend and financial outcomes, help build multi-year investment roadmaps for key strategic initiatives, maintain visibility into the health of the portfolio, and identify and help steer process improvements. You will work in partnership with key stakeholders spanning the Business, Finance, Technology, Digital, Operations, Strategy, and Field Management to deliver a seamlessly integrated and unified investment plan. Key partners will include, but are not limited to other Product/Platform/Experience Owners, Line of Business and Tech Portfolio Management/Chief Administration Office (CAO) teams, Business Management, Technology Leaders, Digital, and Finance.For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in the New York, NY office 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.Job Responsibilities

Lead community engagement for 2,000 person organization, including weekly performance notes, monthly product release updates, the Product, Experience & Technology community call, and more

Support the Product, Experience & Technology Business Manager in driving strategic analyses/initiatives, preparing for key meetings, reviewing of materials from business partners, and coordinating all aspects of the platform ranging from priorities to day-to-day issues/activities

Assist with preparation for business unit reviews and other key meetings

Support daily inquiries, integrate content and partner with function aligned business managers to drive effective and timely internal communications, including for town halls and leadership conferences

Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis

Communicate effectively with key business partners and internal stakeholders on the progress of the portfolio

Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor's degree required

7+ years of relevant experience in project management, communications, operations and/or strategic planning including coaching and managing people and large programs

Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders

Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence

Excellent communication, organization and project management skills

Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong time management and prioritization skills
