Strong risk and control knowledge. Risk and control/ERMF expertise to understand the link between the policies and the trainings.

What You Will Be Doing

Support, enhance and facilitate the Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Aggregate the results of the TNA and quality check across the policies, prioritize the 2025 training plan, and review sequencing.

92 disparate policies that need to be aligned. Coalesce the training topics sequentially and thematically.

Data Preparation

Review 50+ Training Needs Analysis (TNAs), which are in MS Excel templates, for data quality (completeness, consistency, accuracy against parameters) etc. and partner with Enterprise Risk Management Training Program (ERMTP) Core Team members to address data quality issues identified.

Prepare TNAs into required format for data entry.

Aggregate TNAs into one dataset.

Evaluate aggregate TNAs to help create the 2025 Annual Training Plan.

Data Entry/Upload

Enter or upload data into MS SharePoint and/or other ERMTP system/application to update or create TNAs in system of record.

Perform quality checks to confirm data was entered/uploaded completely and correctly.

Data Migration

Partner with Business Analyst to identify data migration requirements to the new system.

Preparing TNA data for data migration to new system.

Test, as needed, data migration against requirements from current system of record to the new system.

Target Audience Management

Review policies, and standard in-scope for the training program to identify and document policy/standard audience and roles & responsibilities.

Partner with various stakeholders to identify and document audience requirements and associated audience data.

Review audience requirements and associated data with key stakeholders to obtain approval.

Help create or review audience assignment tickets.

Help maintain audience requirements once trainings are deployed/assigned.
