We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings and employee hubs, including New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, Seattle, and more.We’re looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager who can lead full-funnel marketing campaigns throughout the year. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong background in project management, campaign development/delivery, and a keen attention to detail. The person in this role will work closely with leaders across marketing (and the larger org) to build a marketing calendar that supports both our brand and business goals – and bring those campaigns to life.This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Marketing. This is a fully remote role but the candidate must be based in the United States – East Coast preferred but not a dealbreaker!What you will do:

Own the marketing calendar, taking into consideration product launches, brand campaigns, retail campaigns, commercial launches and seasonal/cultural moments to create a tight plan for the year that achieves our brand and business goals within the target budget and resources.

Help define and execute integrated marketing at Oura; driving alignment on strategy and the operating frameworks and processes needed for success.

Craft compelling and exciting 360 campaigns that get people talking. Manage the end-to-end execution of these campaigns—liaising with Creative, Social, PR, Retail, Media, Growth and beyond—to ensure it comes to life in a cohesive, high impact and thoughtful manner.

In partnership with Product Marketing, keep our our core messaging documents updates and organized as we launch new products or expand into new categories. Ensure that cross-functional teams know how to utilize this messaging across our evergreen/owned channels like web, email and retail throughout the year and socialize broadly.

Build a strong go-to-market process with our creative and production teams to support the smooth development of creative deliverables (both in-house and with agency partners).

Consistently assess competitive brand strategies and uncover white space opportunities for Oura to differentiate.

Leverage our brand positioning to identify, articulate, test, and deploy key brand narratives across our owned channels, media, retail and beyond. Partner with the consumer insights team to help identify key trends and new opportunities to better connect with our audience.

Craft clear brand briefings for our internal teams that communicate compelling narratives and messaging that will be rolled out across all channels

Track, measure, and communicate marketing results, continually optimize for efficiency and scale, and seek to generate new best practices.

Help own key external agency relationships as needed.

The ideal candidate:

Champions brand storytelling—thinking strategically about our positioning, the narratives we want to tell, how and when they creatively come to life, and working cross-functionally to see them through to fruition.

Balances strong strategic thinking with strong follow through on campaign execution.

Has strong project management skills, and uses them to help integrate marketing functions and rally teams around a clear, prioritized plan for the year.

“Speaks” fluently with creatives, media planners, product marketing managers, and channel leads; balancing competing priorities to land on the most effective plan.

Strong aptitude for success measurement and campaign reporting, with demonstrated ability to show clear impact and bottom line results of marketing campaigns

Is able to see the bigger strategic picture, but also deep dive into even the smallest execution details of a campaign.

Has a solid understanding of media mix and possesses a keen eye for breakthrough creative.

Requirements

8+ years experience of relevant work experience in brand marketing at a tech company/D2C product. with in-depth experience launching campaigns. Experience working with (or in) agency roles would be advantageous.

Ability to navigate working in partnership with senior leaders and balance stakeholder priorities

Creative storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex products into simple, comprehensible consumer stories

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapt to change, and drive results.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional strategic thinking and strong creative briefing skills

Travel within the USA and occasionally to Finland may be required

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
