ICF (NASDAQ:ICFI) partners with government and commercial clients to deliver professional services and technology solutions in the energy, environment, and transportation; health, education, and social programs; and homeland security and defense markets.This position will work specifically on utility and government energy marketing campaigns to increase energy efficiency across various states and regions, including New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, with a goal of reducing carbon emissions. The intern will aid in the planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics to support our energy efficiency efforts with local utilities and city governments. On a daily basis we help our clients and communities use less energy, save money and help the environment through the development, implementation and refinement of various marketing initiatives. This position will involve virtual coordination with our paid media and creative teams, and account teams (depending on location).This is a full-time, 10-week internship that will begin in early June. The position may be fully remote from any northeastern U.S. location, or work a hybrid schedule from our New York, NY office. At this time, we are unable to provide relocation nor housing assistance for this position.Job Responsibilities:

Submit requests to our creative team for various collateral and marketing assets.

Draft monthly reports showing results of digital, broadcast and offline campaigns.

Coordinate and review numerous email campaigns sent to customers.

Assist in review and direction of website team in updating and adding content to client website.

Participate in both internal and external meetings to discuss status of tactics, materials and campaigns.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of various documents, training materials and PowerPoint presentations for the marketing team.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program majoring in marketing, communications, advertising or related field with an anticipated graduation after August 2025.

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines

Strong motivation and adaptability to learn and understand new concepts and markets

Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Ability to produce quality work products with attention to detail

Interest in environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, energy conservation
