Position description
Key relationships
Capgemini seeks a VP within its Insights & Data global business line to lead an AI Data Science team and drive growth in the Financial Services sector. This VP will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies and will work closely with Account leaders to drive aggressive growth of Insights & Data services. In addition, this role will partner with the market unit leaders for marketing content, as well as consumer research, and work with industry analysts to drive the Capgemini vision of leader for leaders. This VP will be a thought leader in data, analytics and AI and serve as the face of Insights & Data in his/her sectors, bringing modern measurement solutions and techniques to life on behalf of Capgemini s blue-chip client roster
Accountabilities
The VP will consult with clients to define and answer their most pressing business questions and to drive meaningful results.
Specifically, s/he will:
Understand the client's business and develop innovative approaches to build solutions.
Showcase subject matter expertise in a domain.
Author white papers, POVs and other industry thought capital, and attend and speak at conferences to evangelize the company s best-in-class work.
Manage a team of VPs, directors, managers and analysts with expertise in AI, website analytics, customer segmentation, ROI modeling, lifetime value analysis, cross channel analysis, media mix analysis and brand research.
Exhibit strong analytical, project management, storytelling and communication skills.
Partner with New Business Development to identify opportunities for business growth and development across new and existing accounts.
This VP is expected to:
Lead a dispersed team comprising approximately 50 employees at all levels with a goal to scale the business.
Manage market unit stakeholders courageously. Discover new paths for growth for current and prospective clients by leveraging deep sector knowledge and creative technologies and methods.
Help clients navigate a fragmented marketplace of tools, technology and processes through the development of measurement and creative approaches, including measurement planning, test-and-learn, discipline, innovation and analysis.
Collaborate with creative, media, and marketing and technology partners to build a complete value proposition and forward-thinking solutions that continue to position Capgemini as a market leader within the data/analytics/AI arena.
Work in partnership with sector heads and market unit leaders to expand, extend and deploy the Insights & Data offerings.

Essential qualifications
15+ years of work experience in a quantitative business environment
15+ years in leading sector teams
Experience leading large scale and complex marketing analytics engagements
Mastery of the digital analytics space; proven success innovating to develop new opportunities
Demonstrated thought leadership; previous experience in leveraging subject matter expertise within an analytics domain to evolve that domain
Strong communication skills with CMO-level roles; ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
Demonstrated leadership in establishing a team vision and strategy; operational focus on resource allocation, staffing, training and recruiting
Experience managing and/or mentoring across a large team: advocating for team members, delegating responsibilities, and providing training, project and career support.
Ideal education
Bachelor s degree required; M.B.A. preferred
