Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Bartender to join our team at FlyFish Club. The Bartender plays a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by preparing and serving a variety of handcrafted cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision and flair. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and passion for hospitality in a dynamic and upscale environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits according to established recipes and standards of quality.

Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and guide them through our beverage offerings.

Maintain a well-stocked bar inventory by monitoring levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies and restocking as needed.

Create and update cocktail menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative flavor combinations.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and storage areas.

Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices, including monitoring guest alcohol consumption and preventing over-intoxication.

Operate cash register and process transactions accurately, handling payments and providing change to guests.

Uphold sanitation and safety standards in compliance with health regulations, including proper handling and storage of food and beverage items.

Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and other staff members to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction.

Assist with other duties as needed to support the operations of the restaurant and social club.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private club setting.

Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer, as well as current trends in mixology.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.

Proficiency in bartending techniques, including proper pouring, shaking, stirring, and garnishing.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.
