What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a talented Pasta Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing pasta and a strong understanding of how to create high-quality, artisanal pasta dishes.
What You Need to Do:
Prepare and cook various types of pasta according to our seasonal menu
Assist in the creation and execution of pasta dishes, ensuring consistency and high standards
Prepare ingredients and manage pasta-related inventory
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pasta prep area
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service
Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
What You Need to Have:
Previous experience in a pasta prep or similar role within a high-end or elevated dining environment
Knowledge of pasta cooking techniques and ingredient handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
