What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Butcher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in butchery, with experience in preparing high-quality cuts and maintaining exceptional standards.
What You Need to Do:
Perform butchery tasks including cutting, trimming, and preparing meats according to our seasonal menu
Ensure all meat products meet our quality standards and are processed in compliance with food safety regulations
Work closely with the culinary team to meet specific meat requirements for menu items
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the butchery area
Manage inventory and assist with ordering and receiving meat products
Support the kitchen with special requests and provide recommendations for meat selection
What You Need to Have:
Proven experience as a Butcher, preferably in a high-end or elevated dining environment
Proficient in various butchery techniques and equipment
Strong understanding of meat cuts, preparation, and safety standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
