We are looking for a culinary professional with deep expertise in Mediterranean fusion cuisine and a strong focus on preparing and cooking premium meats, especially steaks.
The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu development and execution to staff training, food quality, and consistency. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a proven track record in managing high-volume, high-quality kitchens, with particular strength in meat preparation and Mediterranean-inspired flavors.
