We are a small bar and kitchen in the East Village that specializes in American Bar style food, smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries etc. and are looking for the right candidate to manage all things related to the kitchen.
Duties include:
Managing stock and inventory
Placing orders weekly
Developing a clear line of communication between owners and managers.
Kitchen staff scheduling
Requirements:
2 years experience in high volume kitchen
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Work well in a team as well as alone.
New York Food Handlers Certificate
