Job Description:
Tarallucci e Vino, a renowned restaurant group, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running weekly payrolls and ensuring compliance with Department of Labor rules, including maintaining proper postings, facilitating onboarding and other related HR duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage weekly payroll for all employees.
Ensure compliance with Department of Labor regulations and requirements.
Maintain and update labor law postings as needed.
Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding.
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Department of Labor regulations.
Proficient in payroll processing and related software (ADP Preferred).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule.
