Little Ways is looking for experienced and passionate hospitality manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced fun environment to manage part time starting with 1 shift a week, Tuesday night. Additional shifts are available.
We are a dining and nightlife establishment located in the heart of Soho. We pride ourselves in being a homely social hub for the neighborhood with an approachable yet elevated food and beverage program executed with top class service. Our team consists of nightlife and restaurant veterans who have been a part of shaping the downtown scene for over a decade.
Position Summary
The Floor Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager with day to day management activities. This includes front and back of house staff management along with customer service, closing procedures and nightly reporting.
This position is part time and is available for immediate start.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospitality setting.
Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
