Restaurant manager needed. Full Time. Assist in all areas of restaurant. Help greet and seat guests, assist servers with table issues and fix problems. Ideal candidate must have the ability to work with staff and the public. You must be willing to close at night and enjoy your days off non-consecutively. Expect to be the last person out of the door at 2am. We are willing to train the right person. A positive can-do attitude, high energy and stamina are necessary. You must possess good communication skills and have the ability to work alone when necessary. We also want a person with the desire to learn and improve. Duties include collecting checklists, observing and solving problems, collecting receipts and shutting down the restaurant at night and/or opening the restaurant in the morning. You must be presentable as you will be in public view most of the time. Its a great opportunity for the right person. The potential could be enormous. Skills such as bookkeeping, inventory control or any kind of repair skills are a plus.
