Experience in preparing cases for trial, assemble NPE among other packets in compliance with the court practice manual, knowledge in COR, Asylum
Know i589 and 42B forms
Be able to assess Client's proof of presence, who are the qualifying relatives
Be able to put together a submissions for court (NPEs)
Be detail-oriented, strong organization; time management; ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, have good verbal and written communication skills and be punctual
Great attendance a must!
Preferred College Grad.
