Administrative Assistant with Payroll Experience Needed
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with payroll experience to join our team. This position is essential in supporting our daily operations, ensuring accuracy in payroll processing, and maintaining smooth administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, verifying timesheets, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Manage and organize employee records, including new hire paperwork, tax forms, and benefits information.
Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with accounts payable/receivable and other financial tasks as needed.
Coordinate communication between departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records for compliance purposes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably with payroll responsibilities.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
