Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Manhattan/Private Residence
Hours: 20 hours per week (with the potential to become full-time)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to support an LGBTQ couple. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Manage and organize the couple's daily schedules, appointments, and commitments.
- Errands: Handle various errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other personal tasks.
- Communication: Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and social media interactions.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Household Management: Assist with household tasks, including coordinating with service providers and managing home maintenance schedules.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing personal events, gatherings, and social functions.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion: High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling personal information.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using office software and social media platforms.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
