Responsibilities
Direct responsibility for the Founders personal needs
Travel arrangements:
Booking personal travel for Founder and family
Planning detailed itineraries for domestic and international trips
Managing the family schedule:
Coordinating personal-related matters
Tracking extracurricular activities
Gift management:
Purchasing gifts
Arranging deliveries
Running various errands as needed
Conducting research on ad hoc requests
This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and discretion. The assistant would need to be adept at managing both professional and personal tasks for the Founder, including family-related responsibilities.
Requirements
5 plus years administrative/personal experience along with a can-do attitude
