At Accenture, Supply Chain and Operations practice helps clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain. Supply Chain Planning leaders shape integrated planning and execution solutions that drive business growth while increasing supply chain resiliency. Strategy and Consulting Responsibilities:

Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and processes.

Design new business processes based on customer requirements, conduct user review sessions, and run stakeholder agreement meetings.

Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, applying research and analysis skills as well as diagnosis skills.

Contribute to a team-oriented environment as well as demonstrate leadership and collaboration in a professional setting.

Work alone or manage large, diverse teams as needed, either at the client or at Accenture

Translate strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actions.

Participate in diagnosing problems and planning and leading transformations.

Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for the implementation of new business processes.

Leverage Accenture’s methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver outcomes.

Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors that are implemented by the team.

Ability to travel up to 80%

Supply Chain Planning Transformation Responsibilities:

Create supply chain planning thought leadership for clients across industries

Shape client’s planning transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise environment

Provide point-of-view on supply chain solutions to deliver on transformational goals along with strengths and weaknesses of various planning solutions

Collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions

Oversee the design and implementation of Supply Chain solutions, processes, and operating model by leveraging Accenture’s implementation methodology

Help to develop and expand the Supply Chain Services consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification

Manage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients

Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients

Manage o9 Business Solution workstreams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.

Serve as the planner/architect for o9 delivery initiative

Here’s what you need:

Minimum 5 years scoping and delivering transformation and innovation technology advisory solutions and services in o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or SAP IBP.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an external consulting role

Minimum of 12 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and business acumen

Minimum 3 years of experience in any of the following areas:

Supply Chain Technology Cloud Advisory

Enterprise Technology Architecture

Enterprise Agility

Transformation Management

Business Case Development and Financial Assessment

Bonus points:

Experience actively participating in o9 solutions-related projects as a product stakeholder, functional client service lead, or solution consultant

o9 certification is a plus

RoleThe Director of Operational Risk and Controls is responsible for executing against the strategic direction, application and optimization of the organization\'s operational risk and control framework on a global scale. This role partners with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure they identify, assess, and effectively manage operational risk associated with internal processes and key business services all of which are foundational to Mastercard\'s ability to deliver on its strategic goals, corporate objectives and core values. Role: Deliver on Operational Risk Management project plan milestones and initiatives to enhance and further embed the program within the organization Lead and manage cohesive and centralized reporting of operational risks, controls and mitigations for senior management updates Drive efforts to identify, assess, and prioritize key operational risks and controls Partner with the business on executing risk assessments (RCSAs) to identify and evaluate potential risks and vulnerabilities for targeted areas of importance and key areas of risk Develop and deliver operational risk management training to be rolled out Stay current on risk management practices and external operational risk events Drive continuous enhancements across the program including: process improvements, simplification projects, efficiencies, and automation in execution where possible Work with business owners to ensure proper monitoring and assessment of internal controls Lead the development of an internal controls library with control framework tracking and reporting providing value added insights on gaps, redundancies and areas of heightened risk Support an enterprise-wide approach to incident management leveraging existing practices and contemplating best practices for a more efficient and effective process Provide guidance to business units on root cause of incidents and on implementing effective risk mitigation procedures. Ensure robust tracking, monitoring and reporting for incidents, control gaps, areas of heightened risk and necessary remediation actions Foster a risk-aware business culture by delivering risk education and awareness Encourage a proactive approach to operational risk identification and management at all levels Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on operational risk intiatives and internal control reviews Establish procedures, reporting, metrics and dashboards on Operational Risk and Controls for reporting to senior management, the ERC and the Risk Committee of the Board Lead workshops and working groups on Operational Risk and Control initatives All About You: Significant prior relevant operational risk and controls experience Bachelor\'s Degree in finance, risk management, business, or a related field Professional Certifications preferred (e.g. CPA) Extensive Operational Risk and Internal Control experience in a large organization Payments and Financial Services expertise desired External Audit and/or Internal Audit experience required Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments Led efforts to identify, assess, and prioritize operational risks across an organization.
