Description SUMMARY: Supports Patient Care Manager in implementation and monitoring of thepatient care delivery system and related nursing practice standards incollaboration with the nursing leadership team. Responsible for the qualityof patient care and provides leadership, coordination of unit, including dayto day management and evaluation of nursing staff. Accountable forensuring quality, financials, employee engagement, and patient experiencein alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation: BSN or Advanced degree in nursing required (or completion of eitherwithin 2 years).Experience: 2 years of relevant clinical experience, with 1 year of leadershipexperience or demonstrated leadership skills. Nursing Certification inleadership or related specialty preferred.
