ResponsibilitiesThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a primary care practice that provides comprehensive outpatient care to adults with special needs. The center provides care to adult with childhood onset conditions including, but not limited to, intellectual and developmental disabilities, cystic fibrosis, sickle cell disease, spina bifida, metabolic disorders, and childhood cancers. This position requires the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, care managers, physical therapists, respiratory therapist, and dietitians. Responsibilities include direct patient care, administration of immunizations and medications, documentation in the electronic medical record, point of care testing and coordination of care.
