We steward precious resources by finding more sustainable solutions.Job SummaryP5 - Overall SummaryRecognized within the organization as a subject matter expertWorks on projects with high technical complexityLimited oversight from managerCoaches, reviews and delegates work to lower-level professionalsMakes moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of job areaProblems faced are difficult and often complexInfluences others regarding policies, practices and proceduresResponsibilities & QualificationsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee all PMCM projects with various clients.Manage staff working on projects within the group.Responsible for successful delivery of projects.Monitor budgets and schedules of projects.Identify potential project prospects and lead preparation of technical proposals (narratives) to support marketing efforts.Prepare and participate in proposal presentations.Will be responsible for the Group's Sales Goal.Partner with internal Talent Attraction team to help identify, interview and recommend potential candidates to be hired for the team.Maintain membership in professional societies.Manage all Upstate PMCM Clients Other responsibilities as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDING EDUCATION and/or JOB EXPERIENCE):Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.Experience working for various local, state and federal transportation agencies such as NYSDOT, NYSTA, City of Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, etc.Project Management Procedures (PMP's) and Project Management Guidelines (PMG's) familiarity a plus.Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges.High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.Additional InformationTYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of$119,900 - $179,900 annually for this position and local market.
