As an intern, you will be part of an established program where we encourage you to grow and develop your future career. You will work alongside IT and AI professionals to gain practical knowledge in both fields as well as paired with a near peer mentor as well and be apart of our professional development program. We know that our interns are the key to our future success, and we value their impact on our departments and teams. As an Intern with our IT Department you will provide: IT Support:
Assist with technical tasks like troubleshooting business application issues.
Learn about network administration and user support.
Help maintain and update existing IT systems.
AI Exposure:
Assist the AI team with data collection and analysis.
Gain fundamental understanding of machine learning concepts.
Potentially contribute to small-scale AI projects under supervision.
Other duties:
Conduct research on emerging IT and AI trends.
Prepare presentations and reports on assigned projects.
Collaborate with the IT and AI teams in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Require basic programming skills (e.g., Python) and exposure to BI tools such as Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with basic IT concepts like operating systems and networking.
Interest in artificial intelligence and its applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

For this Rochester based position, the expected hourly wage is $17 - $20.00 Per hour. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The amount a particular employee will earn within the hourly range will be based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
