Description Are you looking to pick up some extra hours on Saturday's and build your administrative skills as a Leasing Consultant? Then we may have a great position for you! Our client in Rochester, MI is looking for an outgoing individual who enjoys providing exceptional customer service while working on multiple engaging projects to assist on Saturdays as a part-time Leasing Consultant! This position is available immediately, so apply right away if you are interested!Hours: Saturdays from 10:00am-4:00pmYour responsibilities
Support property managers in administrative tasks for residential and/or community association properties
Engage with prospective tenants to review leases and/or terms of occupancy
Process tenant applications, leases, or contracts
Collect monthly fees and rent
Arrange insurance requirements
Organize maintenance, landscaping, and property repairs
Requirements
Prior experience working with clients/customers in a leasing, retail, office, or similar setting
Proven interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary
Proven skills in customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation
