Hello, I'm 37 years old and have Cerebral Palsy. Despite having a disability, I am very active and always on the move. I'm a mechanical engineer and have my own business. Due to Cerebral Palsy I have a lot of muscle spasticity and tightness which causes pain. I'm finding myself having to spend more and more time working on pain management and keeping everything relaxed. But I need some help. I'm looking for help with doing exercises, using the Hot tub, stretching and sometimes just relaxing. No prior experience is required. I can walk you through whatever I need help with. Human touch is extremely beneficial so if you would be comfortable just cuddling and watching a movie or something sometimes that would be fantastic. I've been having more pain lately to the point that it's affecting my ability to work so I'm just trying to stay relaxed and comfortable.
