This is an office administrative/customer service position that involves use of the internet, social media, and ability to navigate a basic point and click computer program for data entry. You must be able to work on your own as this is a solo position, you do not have officemates. You must be friendly for the customer service portion of this job. This is a come to the office position and regular attendance is a must.
Hours: Monday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Tuesday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Wednesday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Thursday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Friday Flex 4 hours to be decided at hire
Paid Sick Time Per NYS Law
Responsibilities: Coordinate with Owner as to schedule of jobs/tasks needed
Check E-Mail
Check Lead List (EX: Angie List)
House Call Pro
Check Voicemail
Respond to all inquiries ASAP
Answer phone calls and dispatch service calls as needed
Collect Weekly time sheets from Contractors
Collect Receipts as they come in and record
Enter customers into a computer database
Make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction with service
Filing/Typing invoices and estimates into QB/Entering customer service
Assist the Bookkeeper with collecting paperwork and sending invoices and statements
Post Daily/Regularly on Social Media and Advertising Sites/GoogleAds
