The Executive Director of Digital Strategy and Operations is the lead for digital communications, marketing and systems for Advancement and External Affairs. This role creates and manages a high-ROI digital infrastructure that includes platforms and systems for online giving, email marketing, event registration sites, AEA websites, mobile technologies and other related areas. This position leads a team of digital professionals responsible for the day-to-day management of these systems, alumni/donor engagement and the execution of communications and other tactics using those systems. They create and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with AEA departments and communications staff in the schools, colleges and units to ensure effective and consistent use of AEA digital strategy, systems, processes and operations platforms. This position is critical in creating a cadence of improvement for digital platforms to create operational efficiencies and ensure timely and accurate data synchronization.

Syracuse University is seeking candidates who will lead and direct the newly integrated central procurement and accounts payable disbursement functions. The Assistant Vice President for Procurement and Accounts Payable and Chief Procurement Officer (AVP/CPO) is responsible for the leadership and daily operations of a reorganized department encompassing procurement, purchasing, and payment services. They will minimize risk and maximize value in each transaction. This role\'s charge is to champion progressive and efficient procure-to-payment service delivery plans within the University, promote an environment of timely and responsive customer service to campus partners, while driving increased collaboration through proactive outreach and partnership with academic and administrative units. The AVP/CPO will report to the Senior Associate Vice President for Finance in the Office of the CFO Division.

This position provides technical support to the University Senate and the Office of the Registrar with dual reporting to the Manager of University Senate Affairs and the Assistant Registrar for Academic Scheduling. The Senate Operations Coordinator provides technical support to the University Senate Affairs manager and Senate Committee on Curriculum & Instruction regarding curriculum-related rules and regulations during curriculum review and processing; conducts research and provides resolutions to issues regarding curriculum, course/class scheduling, and course setup inquiries from administrators, faculty, staff, and students.

OTN is a lab at the Newhouse School where all students are invited to create and tell their stories through real-world program development, production, editing and promotions work. The Production Assistant coordinates with the OTN General Manager to ensure student productions (in-studio and on-location), marketing and events productions, and partnership-related productions proceed in a professional and timely manner. This person will also act as an in-office resource for students when the General Manager is away or otherwise occupied, and will assist with various video editing tasks.

Collaborating directly with the Dean\'s leadership team, the Facilities Coordinator will oversee all projects related to facilities, renovations, moves, and the general upkeep of the College\'s footprint within the University. This person will act as building coordinator and will be the primary contact for building issues, and external emergency personnel, and assist with resolving after-hours building issues when needed.
