Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated Contract Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive relationship with our customers by providing superior service quality.Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolving any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Keep records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken.
Coordinate with team members to deliver seamless customer service.
Follow scripts in handling various topics and issues.
Build customer loyalty by providing prompt and accurate service.
Meet personal and team customer service targets.
Requirements
Proven customer service experience or a role involving customer interaction.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ability.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Great communication and presentation skills.
Excellent multitasking and prioritizing abilities.
High School Degree or equivalent.
Working Conditions:This is a full-time contract role based in White Plains, NY.
