Job Title: Customer Service Representative Type of Order: TTH, 100% ONSITE Pay: $20-$21/hour Location: Charlotte, NC Hours: M-F, 7 AM - 4 PM (1-hour lunch) Positions Available: 3-4Are you passionate about customer service? We're looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively resolving inquiries and processing orders.Key Responsibilities:

Answer and respond to customer calls (15-20 daily).

Enter data and manage orders in Salesforce.

Collaborate with Builders and Subcontractors to address customer needs.

Track and communicate service schedules.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (higher education preferred).

strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Training: Receive hands-on training with experienced staff, focusing on our systems and processes. Answer customer calls. Volume dependent on reason. Dealing with build to direct. Maybe 15-20 a day. Most is Data processing, entering info, ordering parts, a little bit of warehouse work (small parts, nothing big for service techs for next day.)

Respond to all customer communication within 2 business hours of receipt.

Diagnose and prescribe solutions to resolve customer concerns.

Work with the FSR, Sales Representative, Builder, and Sub-Contractor to ensure alignment and expectations are met.

Create service work orders in Salesforce for warranty appointments using phone, email, or web-based communications from Customer/Homeowner and schedule accordingly. Reference warranty calendar for availability and make entries once scheduled.

Enter customer orders and quotes using our designated systems.

Problem solution incomplete service, warranty, quality walk and installer work debrief and complete service work orders in Salesforce.

Keep track of construction schedules through verbal, electronic, or hard copy communications with the superintendent. Accumulate schedules as specifically required by the Builder on a regular basis to keep up with any changes and ensure alignment in Salesforce.

Confirm and stage parts for technicians.

Communicate scheduled completion dates with Customers for scheduled service appointments.
